As part of the sixth classes engagement with @jep_ireland, we are delighted to say that Mr. Buckley’s, Ms. Sheehy’s and Mr. Stephenson’s classes were hard at work creating their ‘Big Idea Product’ today! 🙌

After exploring the world of entrepreneurship, the importance of business in our communities and discussing our many skills and talents, the children got to work! 👏

This year, our product will be a BSRAC Best Friend: A dog who wears a cape with a special QR code attached to it. By accessing this QR code, you will see a selection of movement breaks, fun games and mindfulness excercise all created by the children which makes it a fantastic asset to everyone’s home! 🙌

The children, under the guidance of 6th class parent Stephanie Burns made templates from felt, sewed buttons and ironed on QR codes to ensure our product is of the highest quality. A massive THANK YOU to Stephanie for her on going support throughout this process and for giving her time to help us achieve our goals! 🎊

The boys and girls are looking forward to working with local businesses and entrepreneurs over the coming weeks as they hone in on their product design and officially start their own business! ✨

The product will be for sale to the public from next week and we hope that everyone can get behind our pupils and support their entrepreneurial endeavours! 👨‍💼👩‍💼

Make sure to keep your eyes peeled on our social media and grab yourself a BSRAC Best Friend! 👀

Go raibh míle maith agaibh! ♥️
