Mr. Stephenson’s Class have been learning all about remembrance this past week for our Religion theme, ‘In November, We Remember’. We decorated our prayer space to reflect the theme, talked about the importance of remembering loved ones who have passed away in a positive light and discussed symbols/signs that help us remember loved ones.
We designed a tree on our classroom wall and decorated two leaves each to remember those who hold a special place in our lives. On each leaf, we wrote the name of the person and described a symbol that helps us remember them everyday!
We will always remember them and will be praying for them throughout this month, in particular.
