We are delighted to let you know that the much anticipated Hot School Meals scheme will begin on the 19th January in BSRAC.
It is funded by the Dept of Social Protection. There is no cost to parents, nor any obligation to participate. Our food provider, following a tendering process, is Gourmet Kids.
READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY.
1. Your child will go home today with a unique access code. This will log them into their account.
2. You must order your child’s meals before Wednesday, 14th January 11.59pm to ensure they will have food the following week. The cut off date for ordering weekly then is midnight, each Wednesday. You can change weekly or let the original order roll each week.
3. Always order 5 meals – on a day you wish to send your own lunch, select ‘no meal’ as the option.
4. If you order hot meals, you no longer need to send a lunch in with your child but they will need their usual snack and water.
5. All queries should be directed towards [email protected] – not the school office. Hot School Meals is an arrangement between the parents and the food provider.
6. Logging in with the activiation code is straightforward, you do it via the school App. (See the picture below, you may need to close the app fully in order for it to refresh).
