Message from Cobh Family Resource Centre below…
Hi all,
I just wanted to let you know about a really worthwhile workshop taking place at Cobh FRC on November 28th at 7- 9.30pm. The session is for parents of children with special needs. The group workshop is all about the importance of self care, how to support yourself, and the challenges of being a parent for a child with special needs. See poster attached.
The workshop is being subsidized through some funding that we applied for so will cost only €10 per person. I would be grateful if you could pass this information onto any parents who you feel might benefit from it, or if you can advertise the poster at your premises. Interested participants should ring the FRC to book a place, or speak to me, Stephanie for more information about the workshop.
