On Friday 2nd of February, the three first classes in Bunscoil Rinn an Chabhlaigh welcomed our grandparents, parents and family members to our Grandparents’ Day prayer service.
The children were very proud showcasing their beautiful writing and artwork displayed all around the walls. They played tin whistle, sang songs and finished off the prayer service with a lovely ”Granparents’ Day poem”.
We would like to thank all of those who attended on the day and those who sent in lovely messages for their grandchildren. Thanks also to the Parents Council, Mrs O’Connor, Pat McCarthy and Fr. Pat for all their work which made it a hugely successful and enjoyable day. 🙂
