We were very excited to start our After School STEAM Club this year with sixth class! This past week, we explored the STEAM concepts of aerodynamics, surface area, air pressure and velocity. We worked collaboratively to create paper airplanes and bottle rockets and even got the chance to test them out. Afterwards, we reviewed what worked well, what didn’t work so well and what we could change if we were to do these activities again. It’s safe to say that lots of fun-filled learning was had!
